Susan Dye, Founder and Principal:
Susan is an accomplished technology executive who has assisted dozens of entrepreneurs, businesses and
organizations in launching new business ventures and technology
products. She has over twenty years experience in software products
development, product management and strategy, and entrepreneurial
management. Prior to founding the Freeboard Consulting Group, she was
COO and Executive Vice President of Products at Mango, delivering award
winning software products to the SOHO market. She has also lead highly
successful first product launch development teams at Ontos and Expert
Views, and has a solid track record in project turnarounds and major
product revision releases. Her hands on experience managing commercial
software development projects spans software startups in information
management, database technology, networking, proprietary operating
systems, and Electronic Design Automation (EDA). In addition to her
overall leadership effectiveness within the unique challenges of
startups, Susan has had particular success at building and motivating
successful and efficient engineering organizations with an emphasis on
high-speed development and software quality. As an engineer she has
designed and introduced multiple process improvement and state of the
art software test and performance tools. Susan has been a consultant to
companies such as Softricity, Lucent Technologies, R. R. Donnelley,
Ascend Communications, Davox, Viewpoint Information Systems, and The
Pinnacles Group, a four-company consortium sponsored by Intel and Texas
Instruments. She has earned her MBA from the Olin School of Management
at Babson College, and her BS in Electrical Engineering technology from

Elizabeth Abraham, Principal:
Elizabeth has fifteen years of
experience in technology marketing, professional consulting, and sales
from technology startups to Fortune 10 companies. Prior to joining
Freeboard Consulting Group, she was Vice President, Professional
Services Group, at Articulent, where she doubled resource utilizations
and increased service revenues by 500%. She has also held positions as
VP of Worldwide Consulting and Marketing for VeriBest, Inc. where she
designed the strategic corporate and product positioning that resulted
in a successful corporate acquisition. In addition, she has lead both
consulting and engineering teams at Viewlogic Systems, and was Worldwide
Library Program Manger at Mentor Graphics Corporation. Elizabeth's
track record of successful product launches, P&L turnarounds, building
organizations and developing winning positioning strategies, spans
industries such as Technology, EDA, software, IT, electronics,
automotive, communications, financial, government and insurance. In
addition, Elizabeth has successfully managed large consulting programs
such as the Worldwide Library Program at Motorola LMPS, and various
business initiatives for companies such as Lucent Technologies, Intel,
General Electric, Samsung, TRW, Ford Automotive, and Delco Electronics.
